EXCHANGE

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase. If for any reason you’re not, simply get it exchanged.

  • Log into your account and raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Your pair can be exchanged for a different size in the same style or any other style with the same price.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition for an exchange.
    All shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
    Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in XD Factory’s sole discretion.
  • Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.

RETURN

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us at xdfactoryofficial@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
  • If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.

 

CANCELLATION

  • Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
  • We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our facility.
  • In case of cancellation, before the order has been dispatched, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

  • Sign into your account and under MY ORDER find the order number and select the CANCEL ORDER 
  • CLICK on the items you wish to cancel, choose the REASON of cancellation.
  • REFUND will be processed in 2-3 business days.

 

 

 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

SHIPPING COST

We offer free shipping this is limited to standard shipping in India only.

International Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. The business day is from Monday to Friday, except holidays

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
